I am Mukesh Mishra, RCSW Supervisor, providing clinical supervision to social workers in Alberta. I offer supportive, collaborative, and reflective supervision for practicum students, provisional social workers, and clinical social workers as they develop their professional knowledge, clinical skills, confidence, and ethical practice. My supervision is tailored to the individual’s level of experience, learning goals, scope of practice, and professional responsibilities. I support supervisees in strengthening clinical assessment and intervention skills, developing professional judgment, navigating ethical and practice-related questions, and integrating theory with real-world clinical work. Supervision can include case consultation, clinical formulation, documentation and professional practice, boundaries, risk considerations, therapeutic approaches, self-reflection, and professional development. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and learning-focused supervision environment where social workers can reflect on their practice, ask questions, build competence, and continue developing as ethical and effective professionals. I provide clinical supervision for: Practicum students completing social work placements Provisional social workers working toward registration requirements Registered and clinical social workers seeking ongoing clinical consultation and professional development Social workers looking for reflective practice and case consultation Serving social workers across Alberta.
